Kinda didn’t want to start any new life style changes at this time of year just for the fact that its close to new years. This is the time of the year where everyone makes there new years resolutions or should i say something new to do for a few weeks then back to the old grind… Any way for the past 2 week I have been working out. I really am wanting to get in shape I have noticed I am getting older…. and to be honest fatter I know if you have ever saw me you are thinking that your insane. I know for my size and stature it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I am kinda tired of being the little lanky, scrawny, stick, bean pole….etc. I want to have muscle. So I have the Wii Fit works nice not nice enough. So we got the Wii Fit Plus it Rocks I love it. Its a lot of fun but still doesn’t do a very good job of building muscle. Then for christmas I got christina the EA Sports Active. Still didn’t quite cut it. Lets face it these are video games they are for people that want to play and act like they are getting in shape. Cause last time I check working out hard isn’t that fun. It sucks a lot. I’m sore as hell right now and guess what it wasn’t from playing ski jump.
So Christina and I decided to take it to the next level at least the next possible level for us. We live far away from everything so a gym is kinda not possible. We were thinking of buying a work out machine but then we thought what will we do with it? we are not trainers we will do a bunch of leg lifts and bicep curls and then what? So we started looking into other things. We found this.
Its kinda crazy they say they can transform you in 90 days. Thats it but its the craziest 90 days ever. We started our first day last night.
crap.
Thats all I can say. I did over 350 sit-ups/curls last night. over a 100 push ups and a bunch of other exercise last night as well it took an hour. At the end of that hour I wanted to die. I am soo sore today its unbelievable how bad I feel today. I completely understand how this can change you in 90 days cause they never let you get comfortable in any exercise when you start to master it you move on to the next level. So far its crazy. I am hesitant to post any before and after pics. I might when I’m done. don’t know yet. Christina and I are on our way to be healthy and fit.
OK well I haven’t been on my blog in a while. So for that I am sorry. I never would have thought that being a dad would be so much work. I also never would have thought being a dad would be so worth it. I have been so busy with Noah I honestly have had no time. Even thought I do have my new Hackintosh Netbook. By the time I have “Me” time I really don’t want to write I just want to sleep. But I have been trying to motivate me to do more even though I want to sleep and relax. There is no rest for the weary or as my favorite teach use to tell me “you’ll sleep when your dead.” So true. So everything that has happened in a brief synopsis:
I had thxgiving with my family in the first time in a long time. It was hectic but nice.
Noah is fully mobile he moves around and gets any where he wants to be. He now can stand up on his own. Today he just said Mum Mum Mum Mum. I have been told by the wife the translation is him calling her Mom Mom Mom Mom. I’m still skeptical. He also has just moved so semi solid foods. Like Cheerios its kinda funny cause I have started to just toss him one every once in a while. We just had our first christmas with him. In short what I have learned about christmas when you have a child. Everyone spends there money on the kid… Yeah I don’t mind but its a little thing that I have realized. We made out pretty good I got some Craftsman tools, Satellite radio, Dress cloths and a new pocket knife. Yup pretty good for me but for noah on the other hand Holy hell! he made out like a freaking champ. We got him…. I mean Santa got him a bunch of toys like little tonkas, a DSLR Camera (playschool) some awesome classic wood blocks stuff like that. Then we had christmas with my parents. WOW. thats all i really can say. WOW. so we started opening and low and behold they blew all our gifts out of the water. He got a small ATV john deer you sit and scoot on it. Then he got a John Deere Tractor. Yeah a big on for a kid thats about 2-3 yrs. old. I don’t know why he can’t even reach the steering wheel so we get to sore that for next christmas when he will be able to use it. But it was a great christmas now your up to date. So Happy freaking New Year. If you read my posts you know how much I love new years…. grrr.
I just Hackintoshed My Dell Mini 10v and I’m seriously debating to switching it again to see what this is like. I think I’m going to do it its just a matter of time now. Might just wait for the release.
So if any one knows me they know I drink a lot of coffee. I mean at least a pot every morning. I am totally addicted to caffeine who isn’t. Sometimes I want my coffee to have a little more of a kick to it. So I have come up with a great solution. If you have ever had the super caffeine coffee at a speedway or BP you know that it tastes horrible but sometime you need the caffeine so you just drink it. I have found my own solution to create a really good cup of coffee and still have the extra caffeine kick to it. The Solution is easy. When you are making a pot of coffee just replace the water with Avitae. If you have never heard of Avitae I’m sorry for you. its a pretty awesome alternative to Monster or Redbull. Its Water with Caffeine Yeah. Water + Caffeine = Avitae. Its pretty good it can fool you pretty good you think your drinking water then BAM! you got yourself a nice caffeine buzz to get you thru the rest of the day. I have found this cup of coffee is pretty good. Use any type of coffee you usually do just don’t use water use this stuff instead like I said its water with caffeine. Which equals pure AWESOME. Seriously though not to act like they are paying me or anything (there not by the way) go get you some its worth getting. The coffee is WAY better than Speedway or BP. Its got that Kick to it but not the bitter horrible taste. It really just tastes like a bold coffee. If you would do it and not tell me I seriously don’t think I would be able to tell the difference. I could only drink 4 cups of it before i started tweaking. Yeah it its that good.
This is not the last of me using Avitae just wait to see what i make next.

I really wish I had a $100 for every time I have hear that said to me. Then I would be having someone type this for me while I sit in a leather chair and wear a smoking jacket with a monkey by my side. You think I’m kidding. But Ever since Noah was born all I have heard is advice, words of wisdom, Little Jewels, Something to help me along the way. For the most part all of those little jewels were nice. But the one that sticks with you as a father is… Enjoy every second it goes faster than you think. Its just one of those things you can not describe or explain or prepare for. You just have to experience it. an Man is that a fact. My Noah just turned 7 months old yesterday. 7 Months it amazes me that this has happened. I really don’t know what has happened to get me to this point. It seems so cliche but it really does just seem like it was yesterday I was rushing to the hospital to meet my pregnant wife. But Its one thing that has totally changed my life completely and I never want it to go back to how it was. So basically to come full circle and fill in the big gap of me not posting. My life has changed. I’m a DaD. My life is much busier now. I’m tired all the time. Last time I slept in was around 7 months ago. I make the biggest fool out of my self any where just to make my son laugh. I make a fool out of my self in front of Christina and embarrass her to death… Just to make my son laugh….I just love being a DaD.
Well I have been gone for quite some time. I have completely Revamped the blog. I am also revamping the content on the blog. I am going to focus on what I love Graphics Photography and Life. To prove it look up it made it in the header But any way My live has changed a ton in the past year. If you do read you know that I have a Son now Noah.
